Agreement

By booking a session, using our services, or communicating with Epik Recording Studios, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Epik Recording Studios provides professional recording, mixing, and mastering services, as well as short-term rental accommodations. Session rates, availability, and specific terms are provided at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payments

- Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund

- No-shows forfeit the session deposit

- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and invoice

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Epik Recording Studios may send text messages to customers who have opted in to receive SMS communications through our booking form or by initiating a text conversation with our business number.

Program name: Epik Recording Studios Notifications

What you'll receive:

- Session confirmations and appointment reminders

- Payment instructions and invoices

- Customer service replies

- Property notifications (for rental guests)

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your bookings and interactions.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (832) 979-8460.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. This will not affect any active bookings.

Intellectual Property

All recordings made at Epik Recording Studios are the property of the client upon full payment. Epik Recording Studios retains no ownership of client recordings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Epik Recording Studios is not responsible for:

- Loss or damage to personal property brought to the studio

- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

- Content created during recording sessions

Privacy

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
